COMMERCIAL MANAGER – DIRECTOR DESIGNATE We have more sites, in a wider range of situations, with more total land bank area, handle a wider range of materials, with better technology, offering a more complete and better –understood closed loop delivering biofuels, than anyone else in the UK and possible Europe and the world.  We are, however, still a small operation but want not to waste what we have developed. We are looking for someone to join the team to help us drive the network to the next stage of growth which will involve; Exploiting the capacity of existing members’ sites, Adding new sites in strategic locations, Placing and filling new in-vessel composting facilities and odour control technology (using our licensed-in technology from the USA), on our sites where relevant and offering this to others, Developing and exploiting our proven, world-lead in waste-to-compost-to-land-to-crops-to-biofuels.  Member farms produce biodiesel to EN14214 and we are beginning to look at PPO (Pure Plant Oil) fuel for diesels New technologies and new combinations of skills and technologies.  We will only want to work with; A personality with team compatibility, negotiating skills, drive and commitment to making it happen. It will also help if they have at least some of the following characteristics; Probably a graduate and likely related to agriculture or natural sciences, Commercial experience and track record. Able and willing to travel England and Wales. There is, of course, a thousand and one other things which may help, including knowledge of environmental regulation, fertilisers and RB209, materials sciences including chemistry, sales and marketing operations.
